Volunteer
Hundreds of highly trained volunteers are the strength of our organization. Volunteers include professionals from the practices of law, business, social work and accounting working alongside empowered former clients. This unique model allows YEDID to keep costs down and spirits up.
If you live in Israel we would welcome you as a volunteer and will help you find your niche based on your skills, interests and time available. If you are planning a trip to Israel, please let us know in advance so that we can find a placement that is best for both you and us.
As many of our supporters are in the USA and not able to be in Israel doing hands-on volunteering with YEDID, we would also like to give you the opportunity to help us from afar. We would like to invite you to host a Parlor Meeting in your home so that your friends and family can learn more about our organization and meet its founder and Executive Director, Sari Revkin. The event will leave you heart-warmed by the good work that is being done by YEDID and inspired by what is still to do.
